How is the Reef Command Center delivered?

Which program should I use?
The workbook is designed for the Microsoft Excel desktop application. Preserve an untouched backup before editing your working copy.
Can I share the workbook?
A purchase licenses one customer to use the workbook for personal aquarium management. The workbook file may not be redistributed, uploaded, resold, or repackaged.
Are the 3D-print downloads available?
Not yet. New designs remain private until the important fit, strength, material, and intended-use checks are completed.
Will STL purchases allow physical-product sales?
The planned standard STL license is personal use only. A separate physical-seller license may be offered later, but it will be clearly identified and priced separately.
What if a download has a technical problem?
Use the contact option included with your Gumroad purchase so the order and delivered file can be identified. TealWire will work to correct verified file-delivery or workbook issues.

Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned. Requests involving duplicate orders, failed delivery, or a verified technical defect will be reviewed through the selling platform using the purchase record. A change of mind after downloading does not automatically qualify for a refund.
